What area does the Industrial Team cover?
We call on customers from Whatcom to Pierce county, and have shipped items all over the country including Alaska.
How do I open an account?
Contact us either by emailing accountsreceivable@hardwaresales.com, or call our office (360-734-6140) and inquire about an Industrial application.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Industrial customers are sorted into 3 pricing tiers based on how much you spend with us in a calendar year. These tiers are explained in your application.
What does the order process look like?
We have two categories of customers; house and personal accounts.
House accounts call/email our team to place their orders. We have full-time inside sales representatives who can get your order coming your way!
Personal accounts receive a dedicated salesman who will come out to your location or job site, take your order, and answer any questions you have. They will stop by on a schedule that works best for you. Most of our personal accounts receive a weekly visit, some are bi-weekly or monthly.
How much is delivery and how far do you deliver?
The biggest benefit to becoming an Industrial customer is free delivery! We have the ability to deliver from Whatcom to Pierce Counties. If you require items outside of that area we will ship them your preferred way.
Local customers also have the option to pick up their orders at the will call counter in the store.
Do you special order items?
Yes, we have the ability to source items from thousands of vendors. If you can’t find it, we can!
